What if all the school shootings were done by girls instead of boys??? No one can deny that the wicked double standard of gender is best seen in how society has failed to react and respond to the needs of American boys, who have been repeatedly shooting up schools. And, perhaps the reason is because any emphasis on improving the lives of boys, or addressing the needs of boys, WOULD AUTOMATICALLY MEAN THAT BLACK BOYS LIVES WOULD ALSO BENEFIT AND IMPROVE. School violence and the installation of metal detectors started in black schools during the 1980s, but ironically school violence in black schools has indeed decreased because of the increased dropout rate of black boys!!!!
